 The classes are taught with an emphasis on having fun while learning skills and techniques. Equipment is supplied. Instructors are N.C.C.P. certified, have a related Degree, or have played college/university level. The programs are ideal for beginner to intermediate level participants.

- Pre-School Floor Hockey: Mondays (5 & 6 years) 10:15 - 11:15 or 1:00 – 2:00
- Pre-School Gymnastics: Tuesdays (3 to 6 years) 10:15 - 11:15 or 1:00 – 2:00
- Pre-School Yoga: Wednesdays (3 to 5 years) 10:15 - 11:15 or (4 to 6 years) 1:00 – 2:00

Winter Programs
THESE 10- WEEK LONG PROGRAMS COST: $120 for the 1- hour classes, and $175 for the 1.5- hour classes.
All programs are at the Westmount Fitness Club 12840-109 Ave. Start the week of March 22nd 2010.
Active Group Games: Mondays 10:30 – 12:00 (9 to 12 years), 1:00 – 2:30 (6 to 8 years)
Gymnastics: Tuesdays 2:00 – 3:00 (6 to 12 years)
Soccer: Tuesdays 1:00 – 2:00 (6 to 9 years), 2:00 – 3:30 (9 to 12 years),
Yoga: Wednesdays 2:15 – 3:15 (6 years & up, parents may participate also)
Floor Hockey: Thursdays 11:00 - 12:30 (11 to 17 years)
Soccer: Thursdays 1:00 – 2:30 (12 to 17 years)
Fitness & Fun: Fridays 12:30 – 2:00 (8 to 11 years), 2:00 – 3:30 (12 to 18 years)
Birthday Parties, Awesome and Active
Contract us to help plan, organize, and lead the games, sports, and activities at your party. We will book a party room and gymnasium at our facility for your party. A basic 2-hour party, including rooms, equipment, clean up, and a great instructor are $135.00 plus tax. Simply call us at 452-1266.

Sports For Kids currently has 3 kindergarten or school age openings at our Out of School Care. If you know someone looking for childcare, please have him or her give us a call.
